FAQ | 2008 Christmas Parties

You've got your work cut out planning the company xmas party so we've created this little FAQ to answer as many of your questions as possible. If you have any that aren't answered here please call us on 0845 9000 318

Q: What size shared parties do you cater for?A: From tables of 2 on our shared party nights. The maximum number of people we take on a shared night is 600.

Q: Can we hire it exclusively?A: Yes, exclusive hire is available for parties of 500 to 1,000 people.

Q: Do you accommodate dietary requirements and allergies?A: As long as you make us aware in advance, we can cater for almost all dietary requirements and allergies.

Q: Can I arrange for photographs of my party?A: Yes you can, however we will have a team of photographs with their own dickensian studio set up.

Q: How many public bars do you have?A: We have 2 large taverns bars, a cocktail bar and a champagne bar.

Q: Is there a dress code?A: Yes, it's smart, black tie, office or lounge suits for men. Ladies, feel free to sparkle!

Q: When is the party running?A: From December 1st - 21st

Q: How long does the evening last?A: Arrival from 7pm. We are licenced until 1am. So plenty of time to enjoy the festivities.

Q: What are the dining times?A: We have 2 sittings, 7.30pm and 8.30pm - you will select one of these at the same time you select your menu choice.

Q: What payment options are available?A: Credit Card, Invoice Via CHAPS and BACS and Cheques.

Q: What if i need to cancel my reservation?A: Please refer to the full terms and conditions.

Q: Are there designated smoking areas available?A: There is an area just outside very close to the dance floor.

Q: What travel links available?A: We are at London Bridge mainline station which is served by major bus routes and is also on the major tube lines. Please visit www.nationalrail.co.uk for your best route.
