It was fantastic - such a great evening. The actors were really good - way better than I was expecting. The photos taken by the professional photographer came out really well too...We've had a lot of feedback on how good it was. What more can I say Fiona - it was great - I'm glad we found you.

Christmas Party Terms and Conditions

Group Christmas Bookings

Where possible bookings will be held provisionally for 5 working days after which a deposit of 50% will be due. Should the deposit not be received within 10 days your booking may be automatically released.

Final balance of payment is due no later than 6 weeks prior to the start of the event. 1st December 2008 Non-payment of final balance by the date due will render our contract with you void.

Any cancellations must be communicated in writing to Dickens of a Christmas (Amazing Events Limited) by the party organiser, we cannot accept any cancellations on the telephone after a deposit has been paid.

No refund of any monies will be paid within 30 days of your event.

Deposits are strictly non refundable in all circumstances except in the case of a cancellation by Dickens of a Christmas (Amazing Events Limited) (or as otherwise stated in this contract) whereupon the deposit and any other money paid shall be refunded in full."

Any refund of final payments received for cancellations made more than 30 days before the date of your Christmas party will be subject to a 5% administration charge.

Dickens of a Christmas (Amazing Events Limited) reserve the right to refuse admission and remove from that service any persons, whose condition in the opinion of Dickens of a Christmas (Amazing Events Limited) staff interferes, or is likely to interfere with the enjoyment of the service by other participants.

Dickens of a Christmas (Amazing Events Limited) does not accept any responsibility in respect of the person prevented from entering the function, or asked to leave due to their conduct.

All services offered by Dickens of a Christmas (Amazing Events Limited), including product descriptions and prices are offered strictly subject to availability. We reserve the right to make changes to the advertised elements of each party, but in doing so will undertake to offer a suitable alternative.

Dickens of a Christmas (Amazing Events Limited) will endeavour to accommodate late menu or detail changes but will not be held responsible for changes communicated less than 2 weeks before the event date.

Dickens of a Christmas (Amazing Events Limited) do not accept any liability and shall not be liable for non-completion of any party, or for any delays as a result of an event of Force Majeure, in which case, the client is entitled to receive a refund of any payments already made. For the purposes of this contract Force Majeure shall mean "circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the party seeking to rely on them for the purposes of these terms and conditions, which delay, hinder or prevent that party from fulfilling its obligations under the terms and conditions. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to war, riot, terrorism, civil commotion, sabotage, vandalism, fire, flood, and industrial dispute (excluding the Dickens of a Christmas (Amazing Events Limited)'s disputes with its staff). Circumstances which arise as a result of a party's failure to take reasonable care are not Force Majeure.

These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and in the unlikely event of a dispute, the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. The liability of Dickens of a Christmas (Amazing Events Limited) in respect of any breach of these Terms and Conditions, including applied Terms shall not extend any consequential loss whatsoever suffered by the client or their guests.

Dickens of a Christmas (Amazing Events Limited) reserve the right to cancel an event due to insufficient numbers or a corporate buy out. In which case an alternative date or full refund of monies paid will be given.
