Many thanks for a great Christmas party. I have been receiving some feedback this morning and there are a few things I would like to mention. The venue was excellent. Great location and very well laid out inside. I would like to add that all staff at the venue, including the actors were excellent. They really looked after us well and everyone was really helpful and accommodating. Not always an easy thing with big groups like ours.... It makes all the difference.

From our point of view it was certainly the best "shared" party we have ever attended as a company. The whole ambience and atmosphere was extremely Christmassy and very well done. All of your staff were extremely attentive and always there to answer questions, if we had any. The food was very good considering the numbers being catered for, I personally wasn't to keen on the gastpacho, but I know for sure some of our gang said it was lovely. The dessert was lovely!! I look forward to receiving next years information!!

It was a superbly run event, with great attention to detail and fantastic staff from the people who met us on the door, to the cloakroom assistant, our maitre-de, the waiting staff and of course the actors... and not to forget the back office people like yourself who were a delight to deal with. Just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who made our night on Saturday such a magical one. My husband Carl, who is not easily impressed ,was stunned by the transformation of London arches. My Mum, being in a wheelchair, was very nervous about accessibility etc., but wow! everyone made an effort to talk with her (and us), showed us every care and consideration. It was marvellous.... What a clever idea to have storytelling and music hall... Gosh, success is that we are still talking about it to our friends and family, and will heartily recommend people to book early for next year! I seem to remember saying how much we were all looking forward to coming - and we were not disappointed. Thank you so much.
